Ice cold A/C Good location Breakfast buffet

Swimming pool was only thing that could have made it better

Quiet end of Cebu. Newer building and rooms. Cleaned daily. Close to jollibees and laundry. Staff were lovely.

Hot water played up some mornings. Buffet breakfast was limited for options. Curtain was broken so every morning the sun beamed through.

The location was great and the staff were kind.

There was a mistake made that caused my family and I had to wait around 1.5 hours for the driver at the airport, which we had arranged with the hotel prior and they told me there would be someone there waiting for us with a placard. When I called the staff who answered was asking if I had confirmation numbers that I never received and then told a drive would be arriving in 20 minutes. We understand that traffic cause the driver to arrive later than promised but I believe there was a lack of communication that caused this mistake to happen and caused us a lot of lost time to explore the city.Lastly the rooms were a little too arm for our liking and feel they need to upgrade the units or include a second one for the other half of the room.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location as well. Keep up the good work! I would truly recommend this hotel.

The staff were great.Love that they have a handy sewing kit.Needed amenities were available.Close to restaurants.

Saw some roaches and molds in the bathroom. Shower head with grime and rust.Bathroom needs good cleaning.Room is a bit stuffy.

The staff was very nice and the location was quite okay. There is a seven eleven shop nearby, it also looked quite safe to walk around even in the evening.

The air conditioning was really bad, it was very hot. The rooms did not have any windows.

The hotel was fine no problems basic

The breakfast was Filipino and very basic the bread was sweet, full of sugar like most things local.I passed on the breakfast after the second day.But this would not stop me from stopping at the hotel again.

Easy access to all locations.

Dust covered the room extensively, particularly on the tiles. The room I received had a shaded window, blocking any natural light.

I asked for a quiet room and probably got the noisiest one, just above reception and near elevator.my room wasn't cleaned during my 3 nights staysbreakfast was minimal

The service and room were amazing!

We were offered a room that had a malfunction, so we alarmed the reception and without hesitation they offered us a free room upgrade and we had the most amazing stay we could have wished for!

Accessible location. Great customer service.

Walls were think room 105 could hear the blaring karaoke sound from next door which distrupted rest.

The hotel have big space, I like the bed so comfortable. Stuff were nice, smiling, total good service. The location is great. Foods were yummy.

I recommend to check their hot and cold shower, I didn't feels the hot water even if I turned into high still warm.

Good location, friendly staff, free breakfast buffet. They let us check in early and put us in an adjoining room next to our other family members. It was a 7 minute walk to Robinson’s mall and fast food choices. They had Netflix & Prime Video and other channels available.

Plenty of eating establishments to go about; though the best ones need a bit of travelling. The hotel is just 2-3 mins. away from a Bo's Coffee shop for those who need their daily dose of caffeine.

Not much of a nightlife. Convenience stores are located further - the 24-hour ones, even farther. Area near the property is still undergoing some renovation due to the installment of the BRT system.
